  • Description of this item from 2012 University of Houston Libraries exhibition, "DJ Screw and the Rise of Houston Hip Hop": This original "gray tape" by DJ Screw was made to commemorate the birthdays of Screwed Up Click members and brothers Lil' Randy and Ron'O. The music on the tape was chosen by Lil' Randy and DJ Screw and mixed by the latter in his signature "chopped and screwed" style. This original mix as then dubbed onto blank tapes by DJ Screw and sold directly to fans from his home.
