Summary
The first segment is discussion of school funding with Dr. Wayne Blevins, Superintendent of Alief Independent School District, Dr. Robert Houston of the University of Houston's College of Education, and State Rep. John Culberson. The second segment is a discussion on school prayer and religious clubs with Prof. Neil McCabe of the South Texas School of Law, Bruce Griffiths of the Houston chapter of the ACLU, and attorney Harvey Brown. The third segment is a discussion about the city budget with Albert E. Haines, Director of the Finance and Administration Department for the City of Houston.
