First segment is interview with Professor William Cunningham, Director of Center for International Studies at University of St. Thomas, Peter Roussel, former Deputy Press Secretary for Ronald Reagan, and Kathleen Kelly, of the Houston International Protocol Alliance about the International Economic Summit for the following year, and whether or not it could be held in Houston. Second segment is interview with Houston Mayor, Kathy Whitmire, about the new program she's spearheading, as part of the War on Drugs, called "Houston Crackdown." Third segment is focused on Houston Metro's lack of accessibility, and its proposal to equip new buses with wheelchair lifts. Houston and Bowser interview Gunter Koetter, Metro Vice Chairman, and Lex Frieden, from the Coalition for Barrier Free Living. Fourth segment is interview with Graham Painter, Spokesperson for Houston Lighting and Power (HL&P) and Randy Allen, from the Public Utility Council, about Houston Lighting and Power phantom taxes. Fifth segment focuses on NASA and the 25th anniversary of the Moon Landing. Houston and Bowser interview Dr. Wendell Mendell from NASA, and author Alcestis Oberg. Sixth segment is interview with Anton Popov, who teaches history, Elena Krasnova, instructor of Danish, Mikhail Oinus, a sociology teacher, three of six students who were invited to Houston from Leningrad State University, but experienced a mix-up with host families.
